At Stitched™, we’re committed to providing artists with premium, intentionally sourced extensions that meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Every weft is created for those who care deeply about the client experience—from the first install to every moment after. We stand behind our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Please review our return and refund policy below before making a purchase. By purchasing from Stitched™, you agree to the following terms.


Refunds

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date through your customer account portal or by emailing support@stitched.com.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Hair must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • Packaging must be intact with all tags and ties attached

  • Product must be free from any signs of wear, alterations, or damage

Once your return is received, it will be inspected by our team. Items that do not meet return conditions will be returned to you at your expense via USPS First Class Mail.

Approved returns will be processed every Friday, and refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Note: We cannot process refunds for returns requested after the 30-day window.


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received after 7 business days:

  1. Confirm it has not already posted to your bank or credit card account.

  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider for processing details.

AfterPay, Shop Pay & Apple Pay

AfterPay / Shop Pay Installments: Refunds are issued to the card used for each installment. If different cards were used, you may receive the refunded amounts at different times. If a card was canceled, contact your bank to recover the funds.

Apple Pay: Refunds through Apple Pay may require alternate processing. A Stitched Concierge will assist in arranging a suitable refund method.


Exchanges

We allow one complimentary exchange per calendar year, per customer, initiated within 30 days of purchase. All exchanges must meet the same return eligibility criteria.

Gift with Purchase

Any promotional items (e.g., free gifts with purchase) must be returned with the original order. Items purchased as part of a bundle or promotional event may only be refunded if all components are returned.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene standards and the nature of professional-use products:

  • Opened, used, altered, or custom items are non-returnable

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale
