We get it — things don’t always go as planned. Our Returns & Refunds policy was designed with professional stylists in mind, offering clarity, fairness, and support when you need it most.
Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about returns, exchanges, and eligibility. Whether you received the wrong shade, changed your mind, or encountered an issue with your order, we’re here to help you resolve it quickly and easily.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your original purchase date. Hair must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition with packaging, tags, and ties fully intact. To start a return, submit a request through your customer account or email support@stitched.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed every Friday and will appear back on your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
No—due to hygiene and professional-use standards, we can’t accept returns on any hair that’s been opened, altered, installed, or customized.
Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges for orders outside the 30-day return period.
We offer one complimentary exchange per calendar year, per customer (initiated within the 30-day window). All exchanges must meet the same return eligibility requirements as refunds. Need to make a swap? Email us—we’re here to help.
Yes—if your order included promotional items (like a gift with purchase), they must be returned along with your original product for a full refund. Bundle items must be returned as a complete set.
If your return doesn’t meet our eligibility requirements, it will be sent back to you at your expense via USPS First Class Mail.
- Refunds go back to the card used for each payment. If you used multiple cards, you may receive refunds at different times.
- If your card was canceled or Apple Pay doesn’t support your refund, we’ll work with you to process it manually. Just reach out to our Concierge Team.
