Shipping Info
Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) ship out the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
We offer two options for U.S. shipping:
- 3–5 business days
- 1–2 business days
You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order is on the way.
Yes—we offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that customs delays, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Yes! You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
We ship fast—but occasionally, carrier delays (especially during holidays or bad weather) can happen. We recommend checking your tracking info first, then contacting the carrier. Still need help? Email us at support@stitched.com.
Stitched Hair™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. We’re happy to assist you however we can—just reach out to us directly.
